Light
Plenty of sun
Water
Water when it dries
Temperature
20-30°C, not below 5°C
Feed
Every two weeks in bloom, with a phosphorus-potassium fertilizer
Do this when you get home
- Put it in the sunniest spot. More sun means more flowers and a stronger scent.
- When the soil surface is dry, water it through
Day to day
- It likes slightly acid soil. Now and then, water with diluted iron sulfate.
- After each flush, give it a trim. New shoots come, and only new shoots flower.
- In winter, bring it indoors and water less
Common questions
The buds dropped without opening?
Usually not enough light, or soil that swings from dry to wet. Move it somewhere sunnier and water more evenly.
